Advisory Marketing Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Pipeline Responsibility: Assume complete ownership for the development, monitoring, and efficiency of the enterprise-grade sales pipeline (from MQL to SQL to Pipeline Value).

• Team Leadership: Serve as the direct supervisor for the internal marketing team, setting KPIs, removing obstacles, and overseeing daily operations.

• Enterprise Demand Generation Strategy: Create, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation campaigns specifically designed for high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) enterprise clients.

• Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and leadership to fine-tune the GTM engine, enhance our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and support strategic sales initiatives.

• Reporting: Provide clear, concise metrics directly to executive leadership with a strong emphasis on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven B2B SaaS Scaling Experience: A demonstrated history of serving as an early marketing leader or crucial growth contributor in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization, remaining long enough to witness the cumulative effects of your approaches.

• Expertise in Enterprise Pipeline Generation: Must have concrete experience in developing pipelines for enterprise-level buyers ($100k+ ACV) and the ability to navigate complex buying committees.

• The "Doer" Mindset: Highly tactical, you grasp the broader vision while being prepared to engage in hands-on tasks, such as writing copy, constructing campaigns, analyzing data, and executing effectively.

• Command of the Modern GTM Stack: Extensive, practical experience with marketing automation, CRM integration (Salesforce), ABM orchestration platforms, and intent data tools.
