Advisory Marketing Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Pipeline Ownership: Assume complete responsibility for the development, monitoring, and efficiency of the enterprise-grade sales pipeline (MQL to SQL to Pipeline Value).

• Team Management: Serve as the direct supervisor for the internal marketing team, setting KPIs, removing obstacles, and overseeing daily operations.

• Enterprise Demand Gen Strategy: Create, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation campaigns specifically designed for high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) enterprise accounts.

• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and leadership to improve the GTM engine, refine our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbooks, and assist in strategic selling initiatives.

• Reporting: Provide clear, straightforward metrics to executive leadership with a strong focus on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven B2B SaaS Scaling Experience: You need to have a history of serving as an early marketing leader or significant growth contributor at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organization, remaining long enough to witness the cumulative impact of your strategies.

• Expertise in Enterprise Pipeline Generation: You must have demonstrable experience in building pipelines for enterprise-level buyers ($100k+ ACV). You understand how to navigate complex buying committees.

• The "Doer" DNA: You are exceptionally tactical. While you grasp the overall vision, you are prepared to dive in, write copy, create campaigns, analyze data, and execute directly. Command of the Modern GTM Stack: Extensive, hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM integration (Salesforce), ABM orchestration platforms, and intent data tools.
