Advisory Marketing Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Pipeline Ownership: Assume complete responsibility for the development, monitoring, and speed of the enterprise-level sales pipeline (MQL to SQL to Pipeline Value).

• Team Management: Serve as the direct leader for the internal marketing team, setting KPIs, removing obstacles, and overseeing daily operations.

• Enterprise Demand Generation Strategy: Create, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation campaigns specifically designed for high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) enterprise accounts.

• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and leadership to enhance the GTM engine, refine our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbooks, and aid strategic selling efforts.

• Reporting: Provide clear, concise metrics directly to executive leadership, with a strong emphasis on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven B2B SaaS Scaling Experience: A successful history of being an early marketing leader or a key growth contributor at a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company, staying long enough to witness the compounding effects of your strategies.

• Expertise in Enterprise Pipeline Generation: Demonstrable experience in generating pipeline for enterprise-level buyers ($100k+ ACV), with the ability to navigate complex buying committees.

• The "Doer" DNA: Highly tactical with a readiness to engage directly. While you grasp the larger context, you are prepared to dive into writing copy, building campaigns, analyzing data, and executing initiatives.

• Command of the Modern GTM Stack: Extensive, hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM integration (Salesforce), ABM orchestration platforms, and intent data tools.
