This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical lead for the pre-sales and post-sales implementation of Ricoh's integrated solutions portfolio.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as Inkjet, Continuous Feed, color management, software solution technologies, and related fields.

• Function as the customer's trusted advisor throughout their lifecycle.

• Evaluate customer workflow objectives.

• Showcase solutions to clients.

• Aid in the development of return-on-investment analyses.

• Provide basic project management for implementations.

• Train customers effectively.

• Design integrated hardware and software solutions to enhance workflows, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.

• Offer technical leadership and guidance to CP sales representatives.

• Support hardware and software revenue objectives.

• Handle print sample requests along with corresponding ink estimates.

• Review final Pricing Release Letters to ensure accurate hardware configurations.

• Conduct State of Readiness account reviews for upcoming installations.

• Lead Solution Assurance initiatives related to hardware sales.

• Participate in relevant sales meetings both in the field and at the Boulder CEC.

• Meet assigned professional services revenue targets.

• Implement integrated solutions within the Commercial Print portfolio.

• Direct professional services deliveries by using Statement of Work templates.

• Advocate for customers to guarantee complete satisfaction and acceptance.

• Engage in continuous development of pre-sales, technical, and business skills.

• Attend mandatory technical training sessions.

• Become a subject matter expert in CFIJ hardware, data streams, workflow, finishing, and related technologies.

• Manage assigned territories and objectives effectively.

• Prioritize workload independently and manage conflict resolution.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 6 years of experience in printing, pre-sales and post-sales services, solutions implementation, and/or related industry environments.

• Strong skills in face-to-face customer selling, negotiation, and relationship-building.

• Experience in supporting sales plans through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities.

• Ability to present solutions of varied scope and analyze data proficiently.

• Familiarity with solution ROI, Proof of Concept (POC), Statement of Work (SOW), solution implementation, and project management across the customer lifecycle.

• Capacity to work independently while demonstrating intuitive and creative thinking.

• Proven skills in problem analysis and resolution.

• Strong understanding of sales-cycle methodologies, processes, and techniques.

• Demonstrated presentation skills.

• Proven project management experience with six- or seven-figure implementations.

• Knowledge of Inkjet Continuous Feed hardware and software solutions.

• Established track record in Commercial Print or Transactional Print environments.

• Familiarity with host printing and data center environments.

• Knowledge of print-on-demand and transactional print environments.

• Understanding of print description languages including AFP, Metacode, LCDS, PostScript, PDF, and PCL.

• Understanding of print applications, workflows, and workflow solutions.

• Knowledge of book publishing and direct mail is advantageous.

• Networking experience with WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and network administration.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to develop account strategies.

• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Must be available to work and travel outside normal business hours as needed.

• Routine travel is a necessity.
