Advisory Consultant – AI and Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of significant strategic initiatives in AI, automation, and innovation, playing a key role in scoping, planning, executing, and scaling efforts.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Escalent's products, tools, solutions, and technological roadmap, utilizing this knowledge to steer all AI initiatives, workflows, features, and products.

• Showcase a strong ability to connect insights and recommendations to the desired business impact.

• Present insights and recommendations, articulating the approach and rationale, to senior and executive leadership when required.

• Define research-centric AI products, features, and agents with a clear grasp of the use case, target audience, and anticipated operational or business outcomes.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts in industry, methodology, and techniques, as needed, to outline the workflow, input-output mix, desired operations, and future roadmap for products, features, or agents.

• When applicable, co-develop the development, implementation, and scaling strategy in conjunction with tech, development, and product teams.

• When feasible, take a hands-on approach with low-code, no-code, or vibe-code agent development tools/environments to create the necessary tools or agents.

• Design and co-implement alpha and beta testing plans, along with internal and external rollout strategies, to guarantee controlled testing, successful launches, robust adoption, and ongoing enhancements.

• Manage the feature and scaling roadmap, ensuring that product, tech, development, and infrastructure teams are accountable for their respective responsibilities and timelines.

• Organize and facilitate demos, show-and-tells, and lunch-and-learns for both internal and external audiences to promote the product, address inquiries, encourage adoption, and collect constructive feedback.

• Provide expertise in product, domain, and subject matter related to AI and innovation during account farming discussions.

• Contribute to client RFPs and proposals concerning AI, innovation, and automation.

• Respond to AI-related questionnaires and contract reviews to mitigate client or compliance concerns regarding AI usage by demonstrating Escalent's thoughtful, outcome-focused, human-centered, and strategically robust approach.

• Identify relevant AI and innovation tools for various use cases through desk research and internal outreach.

• Engage with different tool vendors to comprehend functional possibilities, evaluate use case applicability, and assess commercial viability.

• Prepare, maintain, and enhance documentation on AI-related processes, guidelines, and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA or Post Graduation from a recognized management institution.

• 8-12 years of experience in delivering Strategic Research & Insights engagements across various industries, with a focus on international markets.

• Proven experience in leading project-based engagements and delivering insights to senior/executive clients and internal stakeholders.

• Strong background in driving revenue growth through account farming, business development support, and productized offerings.

• Significant exposure to internal process innovation and automation.

• Some experience in cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Must have: substantial exposure to Qualitative and Quantitative Primary Research, Desk Research, and Process Analytics/Innovation.

• Good to have: practical experience with AI and innovative tools.

• Big plus: experience with low-code/no-code/vibe-code agent development, and collaboration with tech, development, and product teams.
