This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the progression of projects as Gainwell aids clients in achieving enhanced health and human services results through technology and innovation.
• Oversee multiple Coordination of Benefits (COB) projects, facilitating rapid implementation growth.
• Direct one or more extensive project management teams.
• Lead project planning, monitoring, and supervision of initiatives.
• Engage with clients, the company, and project team leadership, evaluating and disseminating project metrics and status updates.
• Develop project timelines, program definitions, budgets, and objectives.
• Over 9 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives throughout the complete project management life cycle.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare is preferred.
• More than 8 years of experience in Payment Integrity COB Audit and Recovery is highly preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare, ideally within a claims payment or audit recovery context.
• A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Familiarity with integrated eligibility systems, MMIS, or Human Services platforms is preferred.
