This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and validation of proprietary RLT analysis tools, encompassing image reconstruction, activity modeling, dosimetry calculations, and calibration techniques.

• Deliver quantitative imaging and dosimetry services to evaluate and prioritize candidate radioligands.

• Create and implement imaging and dosimetry methodologies for preclinical RPT studies and translational dosimetry initiatives.

• Own the validation strategy and execution for tools developed in-house.

• Spearhead the qualification and performance characterization of preclinical and clinical PET and SPECT systems.

• Establish quality control (QC) workflows and ensure their consistent application across reconstruction, dosimetry, and calibration outputs.

• Conduct internal dosimetry analyses on preclinical and clinical datasets while reviewing analysis outputs.

• Identify and address technical challenges in reconstruction, imaging, dosimetry, and QC workflows.

• Facilitate the translation of preclinical methods into early-phase clinical workflows.

• Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), imaging manuals, dosimetry documentation, and regulatory submissions.

• Provide datasets, tables, figures, and analysis outputs for regulatory filings.

• Collaborate with IT and software engineering teams to implement, deploy, and maintain validated analysis platforms.

• Support site qualification, troubleshooting, and routine data processing across various studies.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, external vendors, contract research organizations (CROs), and imaging partners.

• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), SOPs, and quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD) in Medical Physics, Nuclear Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in SPECT image reconstruction and quantitative SPECT imaging.

• Preference for experience in PET reconstruction and quantitative PET imaging.

• Background in radiopharmaceutical/internal dosimetry, including organ-level and/or voxel-based techniques.

• Experience in developing or validating scientific software or quantitative imaging workflows.

• Strong comprehension of SPECT, PET, CT, and MR imaging modalities.

• Ability to perform technical QC and effectively communicate results to multidisciplinary teams.
