Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage with Clients through the CoCaptain platform to conduct live (virtual) advisory sessions lasting 30 minutes.

• Utilize your distinctive method or approach to ensure each session is both effective and productive in meeting your Client's objectives.

• Advisory topics encompass, but are not limited to, addressing challenging and/or confidential workplace issues, providing guidance on professional matters, supporting ongoing professional development, offering career preparation and advice, as well as delivering mentorship and coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a proven track record in your respective field or industry.

• Previous coaching experience is advantageous.

• An active and accredited coaching certification is highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.

• A B.A/B.S Degree or its equivalent is necessary.

• Capability to coach with CoCaptain for at least 2 hours each week.

• Familiarity with computer software, including video conferencing and scheduling tools.
