This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee paid media campaigns on Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtube, including ad uploads, budget management, optimizations, and bidding strategies.
• Develop media plans for campaigns by segmenting monthly budgets into flights or daily/hourly pacing plans, with guidance from the CEO.
• Plan and execute tests, including ideation, prioritization, and establishing a test roadmap, with input from the CEO.
• Adhere to agency protocols and contribute to refining these processes for future team members, which is linked to quarterly bonuses.
• Conduct competitive research by tracking creative trends and competitor tactics within our target sectors.
• Engage in future creative collaboration by partnering with designers, actors, videographers, and web developers to create ads and landing pages that enhance conversion rates.
• Perform regular performance analysis by auditing and reporting on our accounts twice weekly, providing insights and opportunities for optimization.
• 2-4 years of experience in advertising on Meta, Tiktok, or Youtube, with an emphasis on direct response marketing.
• Proven capability to operate under and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with necessary skills in pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• A proactive approach rather than a reactive one.
• Self-driven and capable of thriving in an environment where goals are clear, albeit the path to achieving them may not be.
• A growth-oriented mindset, always eager to learn.
• At least one reference who can provide a positive recommendation on your behalf.
• Excellent command of the English language (B2 or C1 level) alongside strong communication skills.
• Open to international applicants, but must be willing to operate within the US time zone.
• $500 technology stipend.
