Advertising Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, manage, and implement digital media purchases across various advertising platforms for multiple clients concurrently.

• Comprehensive understanding and execution of paid search and social media advertising.

• Continuously assess campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and/or Cost per Acquisition (CPA), while proposing and executing ongoing optimization strategies to meet and exceed designated KPIs.

• Utilize Google Analytics and additional tools to evaluate traffic performance and deliver ongoing optimization recommendations.

• Generate and analyze campaign performance reports to guide relevant teams.

• Compile research and insights to support continuous media recommendations.

• Oversee budget allocations and bidding parameters to achieve the most effective outcomes.

• Foster strong relationships with media and technology vendors, serving as a resource for industry data and trends.

• Continuously learn and experiment with new effective bidding, ad placement, and management techniques.

• Manage and utilize each campaign's risk and loss pool for ongoing testing and experimentation.

• Cultivate a collaborative relationship with both internal and external creative teams to produce innovative media assets.

• Participate in budget allocation for various channels and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in digital advertising, particularly in paid search and social media.

• A demonstrated history of achieving success across any or all of the following platforms: Walmart, Instacart, Amazon.

• A strong passion for eCommerce and a commitment to continuous learning, with a thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the role media buying plays within it.

• Exceptional organizational, tactical, analytical/data management, Excel, and communication skills.
