This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Act as the strategic advertising leader for a portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic clients, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital marketing and retail media platforms.
• Facilitate discovery and strategic planning sessions to establish media strategies that align with client objectives, platform capabilities, and best practices for various channels.
• Convert business objectives into detailed media plans, managing execution and optimization across budgets, bids, audience targeting, and creative assets.
• Deliver in-depth performance analysis and insights to inform campaign strategies and investment choices, utilizing attribution models, pacing analysis, and return on ad spend (ROAS) assessments.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor who proactively uncovers opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Work closely with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to ensure alignment between execution and client goals, as well as evolving needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Rithum’s media products and tools, educating clients on new features, platform upgrades, and industry developments.
• Contribute to internal development by mentoring Advertising Account Managers, disseminating best practices, and enhancing executional consistency across the team.
• Remain informed about emerging media channels, platform changes, and advertising trends to guide proactive strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing, with a proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic accounts successfully.
• Proven ability to create strategic advertising plans that enhance performance and align with client business goals.
• Practical experience with major platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.
• Strong analytical skills; experience performing in-depth analyses and presenting insights to clients and teams using dashboard and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex advertising concepts into clear instructions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment and managing various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing and forecasting advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency and meet performance targets across campaigns.
• High level of AI fluency, with experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, improve analysis, and maximize impact.
