This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee the strategy, investment, and performance results of SDI’s paid digital acquisition initiatives.
• Generate qualified B2C leads throughout SDI’s program pipeline by establishing strategies for paid social, paid search, influencer, traditional, and digital advertising.
• Manage substantial budget allocations and lead agency execution with a clear focus on ROI and conversion objectives.
• Develop and manage a selection of Google and Meta platform ad campaigns to A/B test against vendor outputs and make critical decisions based on results.
• Handle budget management, lead mix, vendor relationships, and additional responsibilities.
• Act as the owner of paid media performance, converting enrollment targets into channel-specific investment choices, forecasting results, and driving ongoing optimization across various platforms.
• Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team, including both creative and technical marketing professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in paid media and performance marketing.
• Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing campaigns with quantifiable ROI.
• Experience in managing budgets and agency partnerships.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
• Experience in higher education or regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in performance marketing.
• Capability to convert data into actionable insights.
