This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all our products
• Responding to email, live chat, and phone inquiries with courtesy, promptness, and efficiency
• Monitoring and following up with sales leads while making outbound sales calls as necessary
• Transforming leads into confirmed bookings
• Coordinating all essential booking arrangements with our local suppliers and/or our internal Operations team until the booking is confirmed for the customer
• Previous experience in an adventure travel company, particularly one specializing in self-guided walking and cycling holidays, is highly desirable
• A strong passion for adventure travel is essential
• Understanding and alignment with our values concerning Responsible Travel is a must
• Familiarity with computer booking systems, help desk, and chat software (preferably Zendesk) is highly desirable
• Background in email-based sales
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English
• Polished email and phone etiquette and technique in English
• Capability to perform under pressure while ensuring accuracy
• Proficiency in working efficiently without direct supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A friendly demeanor and personal integrity
• Work from home (fully remote)
