This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Supervise the booking process, including reservations, scheduling, and client communications.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing special requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and fostering customer loyalty.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring customers are kept informed and all updates are accurately documented.
• Provide clients with tailored advice, including suggestions for destinations, accommodation choices, and transportation arrangements based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
• Stay updated on global advisories, restrictions, and safety concerns, informing customers of any potential risks or disruptions.
• Guide clients on visa requirements, necessary documentation, health precautions, and required vaccinations depending on the destination.
• Assist customers in crafting detailed itineraries that incorporate must-see attractions, activities, and dining recommendations.
• Share destination-specific cultural insights, local customs, and etiquette to ensure customers enjoy a smooth and enriching experience abroad.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service, booking, or scheduling capacity.
• Background in hospitality, customer service, or events is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to engage professionally with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in effectively and efficiently resolving customer issues while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with booking software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
