This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and manage the comprehensive architecture for SharePoint-based training and enablement content platforms.
• Establish site structures, taxonomies, metadata models, permissions, and standards for lifecycle management.
• Ensure the platform accommodates scalability, usability, and a uniform user experience across different regions and teams.
• Utilize AI capabilities to enhance the creation, curation, and consumption of training content.
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks for the processes of content creation, review, approval, versioning, and retirement.
• Oversee the technical implementation and configuration of SharePoint sites, workflows, and integrations.
• Empower content owners, authors, and administrators by providing guidance, templates, and best practices.
• Track platform usage, content performance, and user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience for entry into this level.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting SharePoint-based content or knowledge management systems.
• Strong grasp of information architecture, metadata, taxonomy design, and content governance.
• Experience in applying AI or automation in content management, search, or knowledge systems.
• Capability to translate business and learning requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Marketing, IT, enablement, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
