This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, governmental bodies, and corporate training organizations.
• Engage in high-level negotiations and finalize intricate deals to optimize revenue.
• Offer insights on HR-focused organizational transformation initiatives to assist internal product and engineering teams in aligning the product roadmap with market demands.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, comprehending their business requirements and proposing customized solutions.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
• Participate in team-driven solution efforts by collaborating on complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Work alongside HR and workforce planning leaders to facilitate organizational transformation projects.
• Recognize key market segments, emerging trends, and competitive positioning to guide business strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic sales and/or sales engineering within the education technology, data services, or a similar industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales goals in India and/or South Asia.
• Experience in managing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with global teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workforce planning, HR transformation, and organizational change.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
