β’ Lead the prioritization, clarity, and execution of significant marketing initiatives.

β’ Collaborate with Web and SEO leaders to prioritize efforts that yield measurable performance outcomes.
β’ Develop and sustain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and dependency charts.
β’ Facilitate coordination among internal teams and external agencies.
β’ Deliver clear and concise status updates and prioritization insights to marketing leadership.
β’ Oversee and enhance the PVS Marketing project management framework in Wrike.
β’ 6β8+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or similar roles.
β’ Proven experience managing digital marketing initiatives, ideally including Web and/or SEO.
β’ Excellent prioritization, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with senior management.
β’ Experience managing or administering project management tools and workflows.
β’ Background in education, digital marketing, or matrixed organizations (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies (preferred).
β’ Experience coordinating with external agencies or vendors (preferred).
β’ This position is eligible for Pearsonβs annual incentive program.
