This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement account-level program development strategies in collaboration with the Advanced Program Specialist Team Manager, Clinical Sales, Capital Sales, and other cross-functional partners.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish program objectives, success metrics, launch timelines, and adoption strategies.

• Work alongside Field Service Engineering and hospital personnel to ensure operational readiness for program initiation, including operating room setup and workflow integration.

• Organize and facilitate clinical and operational readiness activities necessary for the safe and effective execution of the program.

• Assist in developing comprehensive training plans for surgeons, clinical staff, and support teams, which includes coordinating essential educational and post-training activities to enhance competency, confidence, and ongoing adoption.

• Promote technology adoption by maintaining a consistent and visible clinical presence during the initial learning period, including attending early cases to provide immediate guidance, coordination, and problem-solving.

• Apply change management principles to align stakeholders, address adoption challenges, and foster program engagement across teams.

• Monitor launch progress, identify risks, and report issues and next steps; provide clear updates to the APS Team Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Create and communicate compelling proof points that showcase program value, clinical impact, and operational success.

• Document and disseminate best practices, field insights, and repeatable workflows to facilitate scalable program development and deployment across hospitals and health systems.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to promote program growth and advocacy.

• Assist in identifying, developing, and coordinating proctor networks to enable training and large-scale adoption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support medical education strategies and broader training initiatives as required.

• Ensure all program activities comply with regulatory, quality, and organizational standards.

• Foster continuous improvement by assessing and measuring training effectiveness, launch execution, and overall program performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

• Relevant experience in healthcare or medtech is essential; preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in complex capital, surgical, robotics, clinical sales, or program-development environments.

• Proven capability to operate independently in the field and manage a high workload across multiple programs, accounts, and stakeholders.

• Ability to lead through influence, align stakeholders, and execute initiatives without direct authority.

• Demonstrated proficiency in learning and conveying technical product knowledge as well as clinical insights related to disease states to physicians and economic decision-makers is essential.

• Must be able to travel extensively, up to 75%, including overnight stays within the assigned territory.

• Required to work in a hospital or ASC environment, attend live patient cases as necessary, and wear appropriate protective equipment, including lead aprons, masks, and other required personal protective gear.

• A self-starter who excels in autonomous environments and can think critically under pressure.

• Works effectively in a team setting and frequently shares launch strategies, key insights, risks, and best practices with sales management and colleagues.

• Open to constructive feedback and able to work collaboratively within a matrix team environment.

• Proven ability to articulate customer needs and relay field feedback to the broader organization as necessary.

• Must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing competing demands.

• Capable of maintaining high-level and frequent communication with the APS Team Manager, sales management, cross-functional partners, and the wider organization.

• Ability to operate in a regulated environment in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 standards.
