
Advanced Practice Provider – Weekend Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver both direct and indirect care to patients.
• Assess and manage acute health issues utilizing evidence-based protocols.
• Develop and execute suitable treatment plans under the guidance of the supervising physician.
• Engage in virtual acute care and provide medical expertise with necessary follow-up.
• Administer pharmacological treatments, including electronic prescribing of medications.
• Refer patients to specialty care with a focus on appropriateness and value.
• Monitor lab results, imaging, and ensure effective communication with other providers as required.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant license in Tennessee.
• Prescriptive authority is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience is necessary.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Availability to work two 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday (Example shifts: 7a-7p or 11a-11p ET).
• Typing speed of 65 words per minute is preferred.
• DEA license is preferred.
• Multi-state licensure is preferred.
• Experience in a high-paced urgent care or acute care setting is preferred.
