Advanced Practice Provider, Virtual Critical Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the care of patients in the medical and surgical ICU, utilizing full scope of practice.

• Gather comprehensive medical histories, conduct physical examinations, document findings, and formulate care plans.

• Prescribe medications and arrange for necessary tests and procedures.

• Participate in and contribute to team meetings and practice discussions.

• Create and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives for quality improvement.

• Provide tele-critical care services from a remote location.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certification in Acute Care is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience in critical care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.

• Currently employed in a critical care environment.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills in managing critically ill patients.

• Licensure in Wisconsin and Illinois is essential.
