Advanced Practice Provider – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Perform 60-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments remotely.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal laws.

• Incorporate brief psychotherapy as clinically appropriate to assist clients in achieving their goals effectively and sustainably.

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and ongoing professional development.

• Work alongside therapists and other providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation forums.

• Utilize data-driven tools and measurement-based care to customize treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.

• Contribute to a vibrant, diverse community of clinicians dedicated to transforming mental health care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Licensed to practice in Washington as a PMHNP (additional licenses are a plus!).

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses to facilitate company growth. Two Chairs will cover all expenses and provide complete administrative assistance for the cross-licensing process.

• Over 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services as a PMHNP.

• Active DEA license in Washington.

• Experienced in providing remote telepsychiatry services.

• Committed to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.
