Advanced Practice Provider – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform remote psychiatry assessments lasting 60 minutes and follow-up sessions of 30 minutes.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, following state and federal regulations.

• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically suitable to assist clients in achieving their goals efficiently and sustainably.

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and ongoing education.

• Partner with therapists and other providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation environments.

• Utilize data-informed tools and measurement-based care to customize treatment plans and enhance outcomes.

• Contribute to a vibrant, diverse community of clinicians dedicated to transforming mental health care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Licensed to practice in California as a PMHNP (additional licensure is advantageous!).

• Willing to obtain extra state licenses to facilitate company growth. Two Chairs covers all expenses and provides full administrative support for the cross-licensing process.

• Over 2 years of experience delivering mental health services as a PMHNP.

• Active DEA license in California.

• Experienced in providing remote telepsychiatry services.

• Committed to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.

• Enthusiastic about joining a community of clinicians driven by purpose, aiding us in enhancing our psychiatry program and services continually.

• Available to start in September 2026.
