Advanced Practice Provider – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Headache Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding telehealth services to patients experiencing migraine and various headache disorders.

• Analyze comprehensive headache histories and make diagnoses utilizing ICHD-3 criteria.

• Develop and oversee tailored, integrative care plans that incorporate both pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods.

• Advise patients on lifestyle modifications concerning sleep, nutrition, hydration, and physical activity.

• Conduct or facilitate in-person treatments such as Botox, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.

• Evaluate text-based headache logs and offer real-time support to patients between appointments.

• Collaborate with an innovative, physician-led team focused on care advancement and clinical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in California or Texas (mandatory).

• Experience in headache medicine (2 years or more preferred).

• Proficient in essential headache procedures: Botox for chronic migraines, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.

• Comfortable with — or eager to develop skills in — telemedicine service delivery.

• Compassionate, self-sufficient, and invigorated by a startup-like atmosphere.
