Advanced Practice Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform 60-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions via remote communication.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal laws.

• Incorporate brief psychotherapy when clinically suitable to assist clients in achieving their objectives efficiently and sustainably.

• Work in tandem with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and ongoing education.

• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare providers through integrated care plans, shared insights on treatment, and team consultation environments.

• Utilize data-informed tools and measurement-based care techniques to customize treatment plans and enhance outcomes.

• Contribute to a thriving, diverse community of clinicians dedicated to transforming mental health care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Licensed to practice as a PMHNP in Maryland (additional licensure in Washington DC is preferred).

• Willing to obtain additional state licenses to facilitate company growth. Two Chairs covers all expenses and provides comprehensive administrative support for the cross-licensing process.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services as a PMHNP.

• An active DEA license in Maryland (additional DEA in Washington DC is preferred).

• Proficient in providing remote telepsychiatry services.

• Committed to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.

• Available to start in August 2026.
