This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Perform 60-minute mental health evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments remotely.
• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, while adhering to state and federal laws.
• Incorporate brief psychotherapy as clinically suitable to assist clients in achieving their objectives in an efficient and sustainable manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and ongoing professional development.
• Work alongside therapists and other providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation forums.
• Employ data-driven tools and measurement-based care to customize treatment strategies and enhance patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a growing and diverse community of clinicians dedicated to transforming mental health care.
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Licensed to practice as a PMHNP in Washington DC (additional licensure in Maryland preferred).
• Willing to obtain additional state licenses to facilitate company expansion. Two Chairs will cover all expenses and provide full administrative assistance for the cross-licensing process.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering mental health services as a PMHNP.
• Active DEA license in Washington DC (additional DEA in Maryland preferred).
• Experienced in providing remote telepsychiatry services.

• Available to start in August 2026.
• Competitive Pay: Receive an hourly rate ranging from $62–$96 (guaranteed base plus incentive potential), paid semi-monthly.

• Flexible Schedule: Part-time W2 position (up to 8 hours per week) with the potential for increased hours over time. Expect to dedicate approximately 75% of your time to direct client care and 25% to administrative/supervisory tasks, with variations based on team requirements.
• Clinical Coverage: Backup support to ensure your clients are attended to during your absence.
• Dedicated 24/7 crisis line available for immediate risk assessments and coordination of in-person interventions if necessary.
