
Advanced Nuclear Labor Alliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with the indirect labor sourcing team to create and oversee strategic contracts with specialized labor vendors, including engineering, craft, technical, and project management.
• Serve as the main liaison for our labor partners, fostering strong relationships with vendor leadership.
• Lead the recruitment process to facilitate swift project growth.
• Work alongside the indirect sourcing team to develop and execute standardized onboarding procedures for contractors.
• Design a comprehensive invoicing and payment system that aligns with our business approval hierarchies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor and contract management, preferably within the energy, nuclear, or large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) industries.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
• Proven experience in managing complex vendor relationships, including conflict resolution and performance management to promote continuous improvement.
• Strong preference for candidates familiar with the specific labor needs of the nuclear or power generation sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing scalable processes from the ground up to accommodate rapid organizational expansion.
• Proven capability to negotiate agreements that meet intricate customer contract specifications.
• Ability to manage high-volume invoicing and hiring metrics, ensuring financial coherence across multiple active project sites.
• Experience in operations or engineering within the nuclear power industry.
• Knowledge of nuclear construction practices and Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) design.
• Experience with commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to foresee and address complex challenges.
• Skills to influence stakeholders and build trust with customers, managers, and team members.
• Ability to simplify complex information and concentrate on key priorities.
• Competence in making swift and accurate decisions based on the best available information.
