Advanced Manufacturing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a sophisticated manufacturing strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and operational readiness.

• Recognize cutting-edge technologies and capabilities that improve manufacturing competitiveness and efficiency.

• Act as a subject matter expert in critical advanced manufacturing areas such as automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, or data-driven production systems.

• Oversee the assessment, selection, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies across production facilities.

• Establish global manufacturing standards, best practices, and replicable processes to ensure consistent execution.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and enhance scalable, high-efficiency production systems.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing throughput, minimizing waste, and enhancing product quality.

• Conduct capability assessments and spearhead improvement roadmaps for global sites.

• Assist manufacturing teams in embracing modern analytics, interconnected systems, and predictive tools that enhance decision-making.

• Work alongside R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to facilitate product launches and readiness planning.

• Manage cross-functional projects, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, project milestones, and return on investment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.

• More than 7 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, operations, or advanced technology roles is needed.

• Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or certification in advanced manufacturing or automation.

• Familiarity with quality systems, Lean principles, continuous improvement, and statistical methodologies is essential.

• Certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageous.
