
Advanced Estate Planning Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to collect information, clarify objectives, and present customized estate planning solutions.
• Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other related instruments.
• Facilitate sophisticated meetings with clients and advisors, demonstrating professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, internal team members, and our network of of-counsel attorneys across all 50 states.
• Keep updated on federal and state laws related to estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
• Provide guidance to clients on asset titling, beneficiary designations, and trust funding strategies.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with financial advisors and their leadership teams.
• Address client and advisor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school.
• Licensed to practice law with good standing in at least one state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in estate and trust planning.
• At least 3 years of advanced experience in estate planning.
• No requirement for billable hours.
