This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Evaluate outstanding orders and specific customer inquiries to guarantee exceptional customer service and experience.
• Offer troubleshooting support for customer orders, account statuses, and related issues.
• Serve as a liaison between local clients and global support teams, organizing outbound meetings with clients to address questions and concerns, as well as coordinating product and system demonstrations.
• Oversee sales process operations and manage legal and functional documentation associated with the sales process.
• Track performance metrics, maintain sales tracking tools, and report on critical information.
• Keep abreast of new product and feature releases, recommending enhancements to the sales process.
• Demonstrated experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Support Associate, or Customer Service Associate.
• Excellent communication abilities in French, Arabic, and English.
• Practical experience with ERP and CRM systems, along with proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and motivate others.
