This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee designated task queues and administrative processes with precision and minimal oversight.
• Create quotes, proposals, order forms, and accompanying documents for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Arrange meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions across various time zones.
• Keep organized records, files, and reports in accordance with internal systems and sales best practices.
• Assist with logistics and materials for conferences, webinars, and regional sales initiatives.
• Conduct targeted outreach to warm leads and respond to incoming inquiries using approved communication scripts.
• Assess Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and promptly transfer warm opportunities to BDMs.
• Perform consistent follow-ups on active opportunities and maintain clear tracking of next steps.
• Deliver accurate and clear product information on specified offerings and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records with minimal need for rework.
• Document all outreach efforts, follow-ups, meeting notes, and customer sentiments.
• Assist in forecasting and pipeline reporting to aid BDMs in their planning activities.
• Minimize recurring errors through quick learning cycles and heightened attention to detail.
• Provide personalized and attentive service that ensures customers feel understood and supported.
• Offer guidance on straightforward product offerings, including standard demonstrations and onboarding assistance when necessary.
• Help customers with basic troubleshooting or platform navigation prior to escalation.
• Collaborate closely with BDMs to facilitate opportunity advancement and address gaps in the sales process.
• Engage in team calls, share insights, and actively offer assistance during busy periods.
• Provide backup coverage for colleagues in their absence.
• Exemplify Pearson values in all interactions and maintain high professional standards.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship roles.
• This position is available to individuals residing in the APAC/Australia Region.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa is considered a plus.
