Ads & Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns

• Track campaign performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Aid in budget pacing and expenditure monitoring

• Support audience testing and the development of campaign structures

• Coordinate initiatives for creative testing

• Generate basic performance reports and updates

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders on paid social strategies and their execution

• Oversee and facilitate daily social media activities

• Keep content calendars organized and up to date

• Schedule and publish content across various social platforms

• Curate and repost content from community contributors and partners

• Assist in developing captions and social media copy

• Provide support for audience engagement and community interactions as necessary

• Maintain a well-organized repository of creative assets and content libraries

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective content delivery

• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Knowledge of paid social campaign structure, testing, and optimization

• Experience in social media management across various platforms

• Strong organizational abilities and project coordination skills

• Capability to analyze campaign performance and convey insights effectively

• Familiarity with content scheduling and calendar management

• Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting

• A collaborative approach with robust communication skills for stakeholder engagement
