Ads Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Upload Meta advertising campaigns, ad sets, and ads following detailed guidelines provided by media buyers.

• Utilize AdNova to efficiently create and upload campaigns.

• Accurately enter ad creatives, copy, targeting, budgets, naming conventions, and campaign settings into Meta Ads Manager.

• Retrieve assigned tasks from ClickUp, prioritize workload, and keep task statuses updated throughout the completion process.

• Conduct quality assurance checks before campaigns are launched to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal SOPs.

• Maintain consistent naming conventions for campaigns, folder structures, and overall account organization.

• Swiftly identify and report upload errors, asset issues, campaign disapprovals, or missing information via Slack.

• Work closely with media buyers to ensure that campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.

• Adhere to internal documentation and standard operating procedures with high precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English with clear, neutral, and professional verbal communication skills.

• Prior hands-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager** for setting up campaigns and uploading ads.

• Background in campaign execution or advertising operations (strategic experience is not necessary).

• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Familiarity with **ClickUp**, Slack, or similar project management and communication platforms.

• Ability to follow SOPs and detailed instructions with minimal oversight.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

• Availability to attend the mandatory two-week training period during the **4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST** shift.

• An active Facebook profile in good standing (not restricted or permanently disabled).
