Ads Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

• Perform audience research, targeting, and segmentation to boost campaign effectiveness.

• Track daily advertising performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

• Create and implement A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

• Expand successful campaigns while ensuring profitability and efficiency.

• Work alongside creative teams to produce high-impact ad creatives and messaging.

• Evaluate campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable recommendations.

• Oversee advertising budgets and pacing to guarantee effective spend distribution.

• Keep informed about updates to the Meta platform, advertising trends, and best practices.

• Resolve account issues, tracking discrepancies, and fluctuations in campaign performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

• Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns with quantifiable ROAS improvements.

• Experience in executing lead generation, eCommerce, or conversion-driven campaigns.

• Understanding of pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion attribution.

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, or CRM platforms is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Previous experience with international clients or agencies is preferred.
