ADP Workforce Now Implementation Consultant – 1099 Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions to evaluate existing documentation, workflows, and business needs.

• Set up ADP Workforce Now Performance Management.

• Configure the Learning Management System, encompassing learning pathways and development plans.

• Establish Succession Planning and Career Development modules.

• Create performance review templates, competencies, goal-setting processes, and approval workflows.

• Suggest system optimizations and ADP best practices.

• Conduct testing and validation of all module configurations prior to launch.

• Deliver administrator training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Complete the final production deployment.

• Offer optional post-launch support for a mutually agreed period.

• Manage project deliverables independently while collaborating with specified Tellworks stakeholders.

• Convert existing HR strategies into scalable ADP Workforce Now solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive practical experience in implementing and configuring ADP Workforce Now.

• Proven expertise with Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development modules.

• Strong grasp of HR best practices, employee development, talent management, and organizational design.

• Experience in translating business requirements into ADP Workforce Now configurations.

• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder facilitation abilities.

• Capacity to manage project deliverables independently while collaborating with designated Tellworks stakeholders.

• Experience overseeing multiple ADP Workforce Now Talent Management implementations.

• Ability to recommend best practices and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

• Experience with growing, multi-site organizations is highly preferred.

• Resume or consulting profile is required.

• Summary of ADP Workforce Now implementation experience is necessary.

• Examples of similar implementation projects are needed.

• Estimated project approach and timeline should be provided.

• Preferred pricing structure must be included.

• Two or more professional references from comparable ADP Workforce Now implementation projects are essential.

• Must operate as an independent contractor, providing own equipment, software, and workspace.

• Responsible for personal taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
