This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Administer and configure Adobe Workfront, which includes: Projects, tasks, templates, custom forms, fields, statuses, layouts, and approval workflows.
• Manage and prioritize incoming support requests: Oversee support queues, prioritize and resolve tickets within service level agreements (SLAs), and provide first-line assistance to users.
• Maintain and oversee user access, roles, teams, and permissions, as well as governance and platform standards.
• Conduct routine platform maintenance: Perform health checks and provide support for release readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Practical experience in Adobe Workfront administration or support.
• Strong knowledge of: Projects, tasks, portfolios, programs, templates, and custom forms.
• Experience in a ticket-based support environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
