Adobe RTCDP Consultant – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary platform consultant for clients on a daily basis, offering strategic insights into Customer Data Platform (CDP) functionalities, use cases, and activation strategies.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business goals, marketing strategies, and available customer data to ensure that CDP initiatives drive measurable marketing results.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, conduct stakeholder interviews, and gather requirements to pinpoint opportunities for marketing use cases driven by CDP.

• Convert marketing and business requirements into precise CDP business and technical specifications for identity resolution, data governance, data modeling, data ingestion, segmentation, channel activation, and audience reporting in collaboration with Solution Architects and engineering teams.

• Assist product and strategy teams in prioritizing activation-oriented CDP use cases that enhance segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel customer engagement.

• Establish activation strategies that utilize downstream orchestration channels such as paid media, email, SMS, web personalization, and other channels typically found in marketing automation platforms.

• Collaborate with fellow platform consultants to create and sustain solution documentation for CDP and orchestration platforms.

• Function as the platform subject matter expert for each client’s CDP implementation, providing advice on platform capabilities, constraints, and best practices.

• Oversee incoming platform-related requests and work alongside internal teams to prioritize and execute CDP enhancements and activation initiatives.

• Coordinate closely with the Project Management team to align delivery timelines and manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Offer hands-on guidance and enablement to client teams, assisting them in operationalizing CDP capabilities and maximizing the value of their marketing technology investments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in an agency setting, demonstrating strong consulting and client-facing abilities.

• More than 3 years of experience working with CDPs, with a focus on Adobe RTCDP.

• Strong comprehension of customer data platforms and contemporary data infrastructure.

• Practical experience in configuring Adobe Real-Time CDP, including the creation of complex audiences.

• Familiarity with all Adobe applications is highly preferred.

• Experience with Adobe Tags (previously known as “Launch”) and AEP SDK implementation is advantageous.

• Background in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics is a plus.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is beneficial.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is an asset.

• Experience with A/B testing tools is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
