This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Accurately process applications from students and agents within specified timelines.
• Prepare and dispatch invoices, visa letters, accommodation confirmations, and pre-arrival documents.
• Track payment deadlines and follow up with agents to ensure prompt invoice settlement.
• Assist with receipt allocation, monitor outstanding balances, and escalate unpaid cases as necessary.
• Manage refunds, commission inquiries, and overpayments, ensuring records are kept accurate.
• Maintain a clean and current database in the student management system.
• Oversee shared inboxes and handle queries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Partner Support to address booking or payment concerns.
• Provide updates on bookings and payments to facilitate regional forecasting and planning.
• Experience in admissions, educational administration, or international student recruitment.
• Proficient in managing invoices, payments, and basic credit control processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with databases and financial systems.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities across various time zones.
• A proactive mentality and the confidence to follow up firmly yet professionally on outstanding payments.
