Admissions Coordinator, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a substantial volume of incoming and outgoing calls from potential clients, families, and referral sources.

• Establish trust and rapport while collecting demographic information, presenting issues, and treatment histories.

• Explain financial policies, available payment options, and possible financial assistance programs.

• Keep client records updated in Salesforce, including treatment consents and insurance details.

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve time-to-admission and client satisfaction key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure prompt coordination and communication to facilitate clients' entry into Charlie Health’s program.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Charlie Health’s services, mission, and vision.

• Present Charlie Health’s innovative and personalized clinical model to clients and their families.

• Achieve and surpass admission targets while complying with timelines and documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 1-5 years of sales experience; experience in healthcare admissions is a bonus.

• Demonstrated success in exceeding performance targets, especially in sales or client admissions roles.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Willingness to work on a shift-based schedule as outlined in the application questions.

• Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of HIPAA policies is advantageous.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Must pass several state background checks to be cleared for client interaction.
