Admissions Coordinator – Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls from potential clients, their families, and referral sources.

• Establish trust and rapport while collecting demographic information, presenting issues, and treatment histories.

• Explain financial policies, payment alternatives, and available financial assistance programs.

• Keep client records updated in Salesforce, including treatment consents and insurance details.

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve time-to-admission and client satisfaction key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure prompt coordination and communication to facilitate clients' entry into Charlie Health’s program.

• Stay informed about Charlie Health’s services, mission, and vision, and effectively present its customized clinical model.

• Manage the admission process for at-risk clients while following timelines, documentation standards, and admission quotas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree is necessary.

• 1-5 years of experience in sales; experience in healthcare admissions is an advantage.

• Demonstrated success in surpassing performance targets, especially in sales or client admissions roles.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is essential.

• Availability to work on a shift-based schedule as indicated in the application questions.

• Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of HIPAA policies is a plus.

• Experience in working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is required.
