This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage extensively throughout the day with prospective students and applicants via phone calls.
• Ensure that applicants feel supported, well-informed, and enthusiastic about taking the next steps.
• Oversee admissions email correspondence, including managing the admissions inbox.
• Assist applicants through calls, assignments, references, interviews, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant statuses, notes, and follow-up actions in the internal admissions platform.
• Collect and relay context regarding clinical sites, which includes applicant location, employer/site relationships, and site contact information.
• Collaborate with the clinical site team when an applicant's site situation requires assessment or follow-up.
• Initiate or send appropriate communications to applicants utilizing the admissions platform.
• Identify and report exceptions, obstacles, or unique applicant scenarios to the appropriate internal owner.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as inbound sales representative, sales coordinator, account manager, or account executive.
• Excellent phone demeanor: warm, clear, confident, patient, and persuasive without being overly aggressive.
• Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in English (C2+).
• Outgoing personality, willing to dedicate the majority of the workday to applicant calls and follow-ups.
• Remarkable attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems (PipeDrive is an advantage), Google Suite (notably Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive), and AI tools.
• Familiarity with additional tools like Asana and Slack is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferably summa, magna cum laude, or an Academic Scholar from a reputable institution).
