Admissions Coordinator – Adult Residential Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from potential clients and their families.

• Perform initial assessments to evaluate eligibility and suitability for our programs.

• Collect and arrange documentation required by the Director of Admissions and clinical leadership.

• Organize intake assessments and collaborate with internal teams for a smooth transition.

• Assist families by navigating them through the admissions process, including discussions around finances and insurance.

• Offer emotional support and provide clear information to clients during challenging and uncertain times.

• Keep accurate records and communications utilizing Salesforce CRM and other platforms.

• Participate in admissions team meetings to remain aligned and informed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a warm, professional demeanor.

• Capacity to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Friendly and compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to assist others.

• Knowledge of behavioral health or a willingness to learn.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

• Highly organized and self-driven in a remote work setting.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Successful completion of a background check (federal, state, and company-specific) is required.

• Capable of sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
