Admission Counsellor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide tailored academic and career guidance, addressing questions regarding courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.

• Inform prospective students about program features, teaching methods, and career opportunities.

• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and incoming inquiries.

• Convert leads into enrollments while consistently achieving monthly targets.

• Manage applications systematically and maintain open communication with parents.

• Follow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with the admissions team to meet objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new career opportunities.

• Keep precise records of counseling interactions in the CRM and expand a database of prospective students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

• Understanding of educational systems, programs, and career pathways (training will be provided).

• Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills to drive enrollments.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office with rotational days off.
