Administrator, Learning Management System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) framework to align with the organization's educational strategies.

• Establish courses, learning pathways, curricula, and certifications in a logical and user-friendly manner.

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to guarantee appropriate utilization of the system.

• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes within the LMS.

• Tailor the LMS interface and functionality to cater to the needs of learners and clients.

• Generate and analyze reports on training effectiveness, including completion rates, engagement levels, and learner performance metrics.

• Provide valuable insights to stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and promote continuous improvement.

• Conduct routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management.

• Troubleshoot technical issues such as system errors, bugs, and access challenges.

• Collaborate with LMS vendors and IT teams to address system-related issues.

• Integrate the LMS with internal systems (HRIS, CRM, etc.) as well as third-party applications.

• Offer end-user support, including assistance with login and navigation challenges.

• Create job aids, guides, and training sessions to enhance LMS adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in managing or administering an LMS within a corporate or educational environment.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Litmos, SuccessFactors).

• In-depth knowledge of LMS configuration, implementation, and maintenance.

• Experience with system integrations and data management practices.

• Proficient in reporting tools and analytics.

• Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
