This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +15 more states.
• Define the roles and responsibilities of the AIT within a Long-Term Care Facility.
• Aid in evaluating the various operations of a nursing facility.
• Serve as a liaison among the nursing facility, residents, families, and the broader community.
• Compile and generate reports on budget forecasts, revenue, and expenditures.
• Address issues concerning HR and Risk Management scenarios within the facility.
• Support capital improvement initiatives and participate in Advisory committees.
• Assist in overseeing and guiding the implementation of policy and procedural modifications.
• Cultivate relationships with the support team (HR/Therapy/Clinical/Finance).
• Enhance Clinical efforts by comprehending QA measures and ensuring accountability.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution in Healthcare Administration or Business is preferred.
• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers and employees.
• Skill in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world situations.
• Competence in solving practical issues and managing a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret a range of instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
