This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Primary administration and integration within the SaaS Enterprise Content Management Suite.
• Ensure all environments are effectively managed and maintained to comply with service level agreements.
• Implement security measures and access controls to safeguard data.
• Support change control and testing procedures for modifications to application systems.
• Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Offer responsive technical assistance and document configurations to support processes.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with third-party vendors.
• Research and propose innovative and automated methods for system administration tasks.
• Identify strategies that utilize resources efficiently and provide economies of scale.
• Resolve issues quickly, efficiently, and effectively while maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Recommend, schedule, and execute improvements, patches, and reconfigurations.
• Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans related to system administration.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations and uptime of application environments.
• Proactively monitor and maintain SaaS and Windows system environments.
• Provide backup administration support to team members.
• Offer after-hours support as needed.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in Application and Server Administration.
• Hands-on technical experience in server maintenance.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Windows Administration concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting enterprise applications and hardware.
• Working technical knowledge of networks, PCs, and platform operating systems, including Windows and Red Hat.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell Scripting, YAML, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Batch, Object-Oriented Programming, HTML5, CSS).
• Working knowledge of database technologies (Oracle, SQL, PostGres, MongoDB).
• Experience in documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Awareness of applicable data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).
