This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide administrative assistance to ABA operations and clinical teams.
• Oversee scheduling, appointments, and staff coordination activities.
• Ensure accurate client records and documentation are maintained in line with company policies.
• Support the onboarding process, credentialing, and employee documentation management.
• Facilitate communication among therapists, families, and internal departments.
• Assist with billing, authorizations, and other insurance-related administrative duties.
• Track and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting systems as needed.
• Manage incoming emails, calls, and administrative inquiries with professionalism.
• Guarantee compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Aid management in operational and administrative projects as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in healthcare or ABA services.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems is necessary.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ABA terminology and healthcare administration is preferred.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients or healthcare systems is an advantage.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
• Remote work from home.
