This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise general administrative functions, encompassing documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Oversee digital filing systems and ensure records are systematically organized.
• Assist with procurement, monitor inventory levels, and address office-related requirements.
• Generate reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and coordination with staff or external partners.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Organize meetings, create agendas, and document significant discussions.
• Aid in project administration and streamline operational workflows.
• Provide additional administrative assistance as required to maintain smooth daily operations.
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or office support positions.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in office software such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other administrative applications.
• Keen attention to detail and precision in documentation and reporting.
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple ongoing tasks.
