This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle and oversee incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Schedule and allocate crew members for service assignments
• Organize and sustain daily/weekly job schedules
• Arrange new jobs and verify appointments with clients
• Follow up on invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
• Keep precise records of jobs, customers, and communications
• Relay updates between customers and field personnel
• Provide support with general office administration and organization
• Recognize and assist in enhancing scheduling and administrative processes
• Prior experience in administrative roles, dispatch, or office coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication skills (phone, email, and interpersonal)
• Proficient in using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and basic office tools
• Capacity to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced setting
• A problem-solving attitude and meticulous attention to detail
• Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience in service-oriented or field operations businesses
• Familiarity with invoicing or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
