This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily administrative assistance across various departments, encompassing scheduling, coordination, and general office activities.
• Develop and uphold organizational charts and internal documentation.
• Oversee and organize Outlook inboxes and calendars for designated leaders or teams.
• Aid in HR-related administrative functions, including data entry and updates in HRIS systems such as Paylocity.
• Assist with tasks related to benefits administration (enrollments, tracking, and documentation).
• Cultivate, maintain, and monitor metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare and revise spreadsheets (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint) for leadership and team utilization.
• Organize and uphold digital files, ensuring they are accurate and accessible.
• Facilitate internal communications and coordination among teams.
• Assist with various ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordinator, or office support roles (internship experience is acceptable).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preference for candidates with experience in HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity).
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
