This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the operational right-hand person to the founder.
• Ensure all activities are thoroughly documented, effectively tracked, and accurately assessed.
• Update and manage the client database using Airtable.
• Record ongoing projects in ClickUp, including deliverables, deadlines, owners, and statuses.
• Gather and analyze hours worked per project to assess client profitability.
• Create simple dashboards to monitor agency objectives such as revenue, utilization rate, and profitability.
• Draft and revise internal procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
• Generate reports and follow up with clients; assist in enhancing existing tools.
• Currently pursuing a degree in an administrative or management program (or equivalent qualification).
• Proficient with digital tools (you will learn Airtable, ClickUp, Make.com — prior experience is advantageous).
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-sufficient, inquisitive, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Strong written communication skills in French (English proficiency is a plus).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
• Practical experience with a CRM in a real-world context related to profitability.
• Involvement in the reading and analysis of profitability data.
• Project management experience using professional tools (ClickUp, Airtable).
• Opportunities to write SOPs and document processes.
• A comprehensive understanding of how a creative agency functions.
• Insights and strategies for utilizing AI effectively.
